will get, what it will cost, and when it will be completed. Our mission at Royal Indigo Construction LLC is to provide a stress free building process
that exceeds our clients expectations in every way.

Bob Meister, Founder

Bob Meister is the founder, CFO and general manager of Royal Indigo Construction, LLC, a Kiawah Island, S.C.-based residential construction company. He also works closely with clients and architects through the project design and implementation process.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in finance, an Air Force veteran and a retired U.S. treasury agent. Bob has resided on Kiawah
Island with his wife, Vicky, for the past 15 years.






Craig Gentilin , Junior Partner

Craig Gentilin is the Junior Partner and Construction Manager for Royal Indigo Construction, LLC. Craig has 30 years of construction experience working in Connecticut and Charleston SC. Craig has worked on many notable projects on Kiawah Island over the last 20 years including the Beach Club, Vanderhorst Mansion restoration, Indigo Park and several award winning custom homes. Craig lives in a house that he designed and built on James Island with his wife Stephanie and their two children Max and Maya.






Ben Daley , Project Manager

Ben Daley is Royal Indigo Construction, LLC’s project manager. Ben coordinates construction and communications for multiple large-scale new construction
and renovation projects on Kiawah Island. A graduate of The College of Charleston, Ben managed the construction of the first home on Kiawah to receive a LEED Silver accolade.With a focus on sustainable building, Ben has been a member of the Indigo Park development team since the community’s inception. He has been building and
remodeling homes on Kiawah and in Charleston’s Historic District for the last 10 years. Ben has made The Low country his home for the last 18 years where he enjoys the warm climate and culture with his wife Jennie and son Joseph.






Mike Mauney

Mike Mauney has worked in Kiawah’s construction market for the past 10 years. He brings practical hands on knowledge to each of his projects as well as a focus on quality construction detail. He has a passion for architecture and the geometry involved in solving the intricate details of Kiawah’s custom homes.

Mike is originally form Stanley, North Carolina and has lived in Charleston for the last 14 years. In Charleston, Mike met his wife Toni who works in cancer research at the Medical University of South Carolina. In his free time Mike enjoys the outdoors of the Low country surfing, fishing and playing soccer.
